1. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform users of the treatment of personal and business data that is collected, posted, processed and exchanged through the Gosocket platform, related websites and applications or Gadgets, in compliance with current legislation.
2. Gosocket respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and safeguarding your confidential information. This Privacy Policy (together with our Terms of Use and any document referenced therein) indicates the criteria for the treatment of personal information that we collect from you or that you have provided.
3. Please read the following in order to learn about our perspective and our practices regarding your personal information, and how, as controllers of data which you provide, we will treat this information.
4. The data provided by the different levels of users will only be used for purposes for which it was provided unless it originates from a publically accessible source (public or low risk data) which could be the Tax ID of the company, the company name and contact information.

If you send us feedback on our Gosocket Platform or you contact us for any other reason, we may keep your messages for as long as we deem necessary in order to improve the services we offer, unless, by law or in exceptional circumstances, it is necessary to retain such information for a longer period of time. 1. Generally, the use of our Gosocket Platform is free of cost. However, there are a number of services (for example, some Gadgets) that you can buy. If you want to enjoy one of our paid services, we will direct you to make the payment through the designated site.
2. What information we collect: the site of the payment provider will provide to us and we will store the date in which you made the payment and the date on which your account with the payments provider will expire, along with a generic number. We do not retain your name, business address or your payment data (eg, data from your credit card), but it is possible that the provider which managed the transaction will retain this information.
3. Why we need this data: we retain this information because it allows us to know when your account will expire. We need the reference to your order to associate your order with your account. We will retain this information for up to two years, unless, by law or in exceptional circumstances, it is necessary to retain such information for a longer period of time.
4. We are not responsible for transaction management by third parties, and you should consult the privacy policy of the payment provider in question to know how the company uses information that you provide them.

  • If we are required to disclose or share your personal information to comply with a legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, or to protect our rights, property or safety or our Users or others. 1. User Rights: The User may at any time exercise the rights granted by Law No. 19,628 on the protection of privacy and its subsequent amendments. Specifically, you can:
  • Access the data relating to you, its origin and recipient, the purpose of storage and the identification of the persons or entities to which the data has been transmitted;
  • Request to change your personal data when it is incorrect or not up-to-date.
  • Request the removal or deletion of data delivered whenever you want, as it is no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or recorded.

2. The Act gives you the right to access information collected about you. You can exercise your right of access according to the law.   • Immediate, temporary or permanent right to use our Site and/or our software without refund;
  • Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our website;
  • Issue of a warning to you;
  • Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
  • Adoption of new legal action against you, or
  • Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably necessary.
  • The responses described in these Terms of Use are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

10. Safety

1. Security Platform: Gosocket technology is developed using Windows Azure technology, which is a cloud computing solution for determining the scalability levels that our platform requires. Windows Azure has its own privacy practices governing the use of this technology, which are supported by but independent from the Gosocket privacy policies.
2. Authentication: In order for the user to access the Gosocket Platform he or she needs a username and password or any other electronic certificate attesting to their identity to operate within the system (digital certificates), which absolves Gosocket of responsibility for staff fraud and/or spoofing a user name, being the sole responsibility of the user to change it. The user must maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion with both the username and password, as well as the management, control, confidentiality and administration thereof. Any operation that may have been made using any of the usernames and passwords will be understood, both in terms of Gosocket and third parties, for all legal purposes, as made by the user.
The total reserve of safety and user operations are ensured through the use of the aforementioned username and password, (or any other electronic certification attesting to their identity) as only those can access the information specifically authorized.
3. Secure Communication: In order to prevent the access to and use of information sent over the Internet by unauthorized persons or processes, Gosocket uses a secure communication channel between your computer and our platform, which uses encryption technologies, and digital certificates endorsed by international organizations (128 bit SSL).

1. Gosocket is committed to protecting the security of user data. Gosocket maintains the appropriate technical and organizational measures to provide and enable security of the services. It includes several security technologies and procedures to help protect your information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
2. Gosocket takes the necessary security measures to ensure the confidentiality of data collected, posted, processed and exchanged. Gosocket and officials involved in any stage of the processing of personal and business data are bound by professional secrecy with respect thereto and the duty to protect it; obligations continue even after the termination of relationships with Gosocket.
3. The data provided by users will be managed exclusively by Gosocket staff, preventing misuse, alteration or disposal to others. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, Gosocket is not liable for any use which may give third parties the personal data provided by its owners in the public domain.
4. In the event that, through the service contract, either an external entity or a company that administers the databases collected through Gosocket.net, Gosocket will sign a confidentiality agreement, so that under no circumstances can the company or entity sell, use or submit personal and business data of the users to third parties.

1. All rights belong to Gosocket, including those of intellectual property, regarding the contents, programs, manuals, guides, videos, forms or publications of any kind that appear in Gosocket that have been made in the context of employment, or that according to the law are in the public domain. These contents can be used by the user for non-commercial purposes.

13. Updates

1. This privacy policy may be updated occasionally with user reviews, legal changes or simply with improvements in our services. If there are material changes to this policy or how Gosocket may use your data, we will notify you by posting a notice before implementing the change or we will send a notification directly. We encourage you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how Gosocket is protecting your information.
